  • Fresh blacktigers
    300gr
  • Butter (at room temperature)
    20gr
  • Grated Mozzarella cheese
    3gr
  • Oregano leaves
    1/2 spoon
  • Bamboo skewers

  • Ranee cooking oil
    1 teaspoon
  • Seasoning 
    1 teaspoon
  • Whole unground Black pepper
    Some
  • Chopped garlic
    2-3 cloves

Step 1
Wash the Blacktigers,  cut the legs and rostrums, cut the backs and deveined them
Step 2
Skew the bamboo skewers from tail to head
Step 3
Mixing all the remaining ingredients and stuff into the shrimp backs (the reamining mixture is spreaded on the shrimp sides while grilling)
Step 4
Grill them on a charcoal or an electric stove at 200oC in 12 minutes

Have this food with chile sauce or seasoning, more delicious when still hot

Attention:

Please use absorbing papers to dry blacktigers for easier proceedings, it also helps the blacktiger shells cripsier when being grilled.

When grilling on charcoal stove, please be sure to turn the blacktiger sides evenly and if  grilling on electric stove, please pay attention to avoid the overheating and burning of the blacktigers. Please make some chili sauce or mix seasoning with some lime (lemon), this will go best to the delicious-tasty smell of the blacktigers!
